He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, where his dissertation examined the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Team Conflict Management in healthcare settings. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Prosci-certified Change Practitioner, U.S. Army Veteran, Adjunct Professor, and keynote speaker on leadership, organizational change, and healthcare transformation. As an Adjunct Professor at Keiser University Graduate School, he delivers graduate-level instruction in Advanced Business Essentials to MBA students, focusing on real-world application of core business principles; facilitates discussions on leadership, strategic decision-making, and organizational effectiveness; guides students in applying advanced managerial concepts; integrates practical case studies that bridge theory with business and healthcare scenarios; evaluates performance through presentations, written assignments, and applied projects; and mentors students on leadership development, team dynamics, and navigating organizational change.
