By accessing and using Our Innovation, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Free education and study groups

Our Innovation is committed to free access to the educational courses, certificate tracks, and related platform learning content we publish and make available on the site, as described in our product pages (the catalog may evolve over time).

Study Groups are separate community spaces: signed-in users may create hubs, upload content, and share free or paid posts to build an audience. Paid subscriptions and optional creator payouts are processed through Stripe as set out below; using free posts and followers does not require payment.

Fees, payments, and Stripe

Some creators may offer paid subscriptions or other paid content through Study Groups and related features. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. using Stripe Connect. By subscribing, purchasing, or enabling paid features, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.

• Platform fee: Our Innovation keeps a fixed 10% platform fee on qualifying Study Group subscription payments via Stripe's application fee on connected accounts. By agreeing when you save paid tier pricing, you accept that fee.
• Three subscription tiers: When you set a top monthly price, the product may split it into three ranked price tiers (e.g. Starter, Plus, Full). Higher tiers include access to lower-tier content as described on the site.
• Stripe processing fees: Stripe charges separate payment processing and payout fees (often on the order of approximately 3.5% for typical card payments; your rate may differ) per Stripe's pricing. Those fees are retained by Stripe and are not set by Our Innovation. Creators receive amounts net of the 10% platform fee and Stripe's fees, as shown in their Stripe dashboards.
• Taxes and compliance: You are responsible for any taxes and for providing accurate information to Stripe during onboarding. Our Innovation does not provide tax or legal advice.

Platform Usage

• • Our platform provides free educational content and courses; study groups are optional spaces for user-generated free or paid content and community
• • You must register an account to access course content
• • All courses are provided "as is" without warranties
• • You are responsible for maintaining account security

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Share your account credentials with others
• • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

Intellectual Property

All content on Our Innovation, including courses, videos, and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our Innovation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for using our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
